Leaders in Balance are more reflective and intentional

Regarding the 1st Way of Thinking in Linda’s last Blog, which unwraps the meaning of  leadership as a relationship not a position, I would add that Leaders in Balance are more reflective and intentional.  In listening they engender a sense of humility balanced with enormous organizational ego.

This takes us to the 2nd Way of Thinking, Leaders in Balance understand that they embody the brand promise.  They set the tone by what is done and valued in the organization,  and they understand that trust is essential.
