Our 3^rd Way of Thinking is “motivated by a higher purpose – a mission – and believes that mission drives the numbers”.  We believe a leader in balance strives to focus attention away from peoples’ personal interests and onto the organization’s purpose, mission and values.  This can lead to long term thinking as opposed to a focus on just the bottom line and making money in the next quarter.  With people internally moving in the same direction, energetically serving the company mission, there’s more likelihood that the company will be competitive in the marketplace.
