5th Way of Thinking

The 5th Way of Thinking is “Thinks outside of the pyramid to share power and spread leadership, authority, and responsibility throughout the organization.”  Leaders in balance don’t default to the organizational hierarchy for each decision.  Instead, a Leader in Balance is fluid depending on the situation and looks to the network of influence, power and learning to decide the most effective person or people to make decisions.  This type of thinking replaces working within a rigid structure with letting decision making power organically evolve.
